The Declaration of Conformity of the TR CU is a document officially confirming that the products comply with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union. Registration of this document is mandatory for products subject to one or more technical regulations. The declaration procedure has remained virtually unchanged with the adoption of technical regulations. To receive a declaration, it is necessary to prepare a certain package of documentation and product samples for testing.

- Technical specifications (technical specifications), if they have already been developed.

Rules for declaration of conformity
The declaration of conformity cannot be issued to a foreign company. The importer must be an organization registered in one of the countries of the Customs Union.
The declaration system does not provide for an analysis of production and annual inspection control. Only the products are checked.
The validity period of the declaration is from one to five years, depending on the applicant’s desire and the chosen registration scheme. It can be issued for serial production or a single batch of products. The declaration is drawn up in electronic form and is certified only by the seal of the applicant’s organization. The ease of verification is provided through the registry.
Product labeling
After receiving the declaration, the products must be marked with the EAC mark. The packaging and product label must contain information for the consumer: shelf life, storage conditions, composition and information about the manufacturer.
